Prize Draw Terms and Conditions By entering the Prize Draw you agree to and accept these terms and conditions of the Wedding Services UK Prize draw. 1. To be eligible to enter the prize draw you must be a UK resident and be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry 2. The draw is a free draw and no purchase is necessary 3. All entrants confirm that they are genuinely in a relationship with a partner (regardless of race, colour, creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, disability, religious or political persuasion),that they are eligible to enter into marriage and that they are actually planning to get married sometime in the near future. 4. Entry is restricted to one per person, although each partner of the couple may enter individually. 5. Entry to the prize draw should be made via the link on the applicable Prize Draw page at the Wedding Services UK website (www.weddingservicesuk.com). If you are unable to enter via the website then you may still enter by sending a note of your name, address (email address if available), contact telephone number and if applicable a note of your wedding date or proposed year to “Dream Wedding Draw”, Wedding Services UK, 2 Hawthorne Road, Bromley, Kent, BR1 2HH or by email to info@weddingservicesuk.com 6. Wedding Services UK will enter all received valid entries into the prize draw. However if an entry for the draw is incomplete, ineligible or not received then no responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, void or unable to be entered for whatever reason. Ultimately Wedding Services UK reserve the right at its sole discretion to disqualify and remove any incorrect, incomplete or ineligible entry. 7. The closing date for receipt of entries shall be 01st Sept 2012. The draw will then be made at the head office of Wedding Services UK on the week Commencing 2nd September 2012. Wedding Services UK however reserves the right to amend the closing date for entries and the prize draw date at any time. - any amendments will be posted on the prize draw page at the Wedding Services UK website. 8. One ticket will be drawn at random by an independent party as selected by Wedding Services UK and the winner shall be informed immediately after the draw. The winner shall be notified by telephone, post and / or email- The Prize Draw is offered by Wedding Services UK and therefore their decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into after the draw. 9. Should after the draw it is found that the winner was not eligible to either enter or win the prize draw for whatever reason then Wedding Services at their sole discretion reserve the right to disqualify that entry and entrant to the draw and shall re draw for a new winner. 10. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Wedding Services UK may require. In particular and not restricted to allowing the promotion, photography and publishing of articles and pictures of the prize “Dream Wedding day” by either Wedding Services UK or any of the companies who provided towards the Dream Wedding Day Prize. 11. The prize will not be transferable to any other person or couple unless specifically agreed by Wedding Services UK 12. The prize draw is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Wedding Services UK or any subsidiary of Wedding Services UK. 13. The Prize is as specifically listed on the Wedding Services UK website and no prize or part of the prize shall be exchangeable for cash or any other prize unless offered by Wedding Services UK. 14. If an advertised prize or part there off is not available, Wedding Services UK reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value for all or part of the prize that is not available. 15. By entering the prize draw (unless specifically opted out) the entrant agrees to allow Wedding Services UK to contact them with specifically targeted information that may help them plan, organise and/ or book their wedding day. Furthermore they agree that Wedding Services UK may pass on their details to selected third parties who may also be able to assist them with their Wedding planning, organising and booking or other marketing material. You may withdraw your consent from this at anytime by emailing optout@weddingservicesuk.com 16. Wedding Services UK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be published on the relevant Prize draw page on the Wedding Services UK website. 17. Wedding Services UK will endeavour to arrange for the “Dream Wedding Day” prize, all or the required parts to be booked at the most convenient time for the winner and if required within 6 months after the prize draw date. However we cannot guarantee how quickly the Dream Wedding Day can be arranged with all the suppliers and therefore the ultimate delivery time cannot be guaranteed. 18. Wedding Services UK will also try to book the Dream Wedding Day on the specific date chosen by the Winner and we will always agree to book on a date that is convenient for the Winner however we again cannot guarantee any specific date as we are subject to the availability of the suppliers of the Dream Wedding Day prize. 19. If the Prize draw winner has in between the time of entering the draw and the draw actually taking place, already married, then the prize will be supplemented with a suitable alternative prize package that will be provided by Wedding Services UK to include a “Dream Second Honeymoon” – More details can be provided on request 20. After the draw date anyone can request to find out the winner of the prize draw by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the title Prize Draw Winner to Wedding Services UK, Excel House, 133 Homesdale Road, Bromley, Kent, BR2 9LE 21.
